TO ORDER BY PHONE: Call 1-800-858-3121 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST seven days a week. Please have your order complete and credit card number and expiration date ready to expedite the ordering process.

REGULAR SHIPMENT: We ship via U.P.S. ground service whenever possible in the continental United State. Please be sure to include a proper street address-incorrect addresses will be charged for address corrections. When shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands please call for additional shipping charges.

SECOND DAY AIR DELIVERY: If you're in a hurry, your orders can be shipped via UPS Second Day Air. Please call for additional 2nd day air shipping charges. All packages with ham or bacon shipped within the 48 states except ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, DC & MD will be shipped Air for which our air service rates already apply. All packages containing meat are available for shipment October through April only.

We DO NOT ship the pure maple candy, cheese or gift boxes containing either of these items during the hot summer months because of the extreme heat during the travel time. Gift box substitutions can be made for these items that are non-perishable. Please call 1-800-858-3121 for details.

GUARANTEED OVERNIGHT DELIVERY: Any order can be delivered overnight within the 48 states using U.P.S. Next Day Air. Call for added charges.

SHIPPING TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES: Sorry we cannot ship meat or cheese outside the U.S. Please call for shipping rates on other products.

PAYMENT: You can pay by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Make checks payable to Vermont Maple Outlet in U.S. funds only. For credit card orders please include the card number, expiration date, name as it appears on the card and authorized signature. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s.
