*HOW TO STORE MAPLE CANDY*
Maple candy is perishable and has a relatively short shelf life. We make our candy several times a week, so it is as fresh as possible. It will last for about THREE WEEKS from the time of purchase. It doesn’t go ‘bad’, but it will get hard and crunchy as it ages. To extend their shelf life, just pop the maple candies in the freezer in an airtight container and they will last up to six months. For best texture, eat it soon after purchase, and if it does harden, it's still edible or can be used in cooking, just not ideal for eating as is.
