Vermont Maple Products > Pure Maple Cream

Our Award Winning Maple Cream is made right here in our candy kitchen.  Maple Cream is made by further boiling down Maple Syrup into a thicker consistency, then rapidly cooling the syrup, and stirring it into a smooth Maple Cream.  Gluten and dairy free with no additives or preservatives.

Pure, rich and creamy you can spoon it onto pancakes, toast, muffins, donuts, ice cream, hot cereal or eat it straight out of the jar!

Pure maple cream (also known as maple butter) is a delicate product made solely from boiled and whipped maple syrup. Because it contains no preservatives or dairy, proper care is essential to maintain its texture and flavor.

*HOW TO STORE MAPLE CREAM*

You must refrigerate maple cream immediately upon arrival and after every use. While unopened jars can sometimes last at room temperature for a short period (a couple of days), refrigeration is required to prevent mold and separation.  For long-term storage (months or years), pure maple cream can be frozen. It will not freeze into a solid block due to its high sugar content, and freezing is the best way to preserve its original consistency and flavor. It is normal for a thin layer of liquid maple syrup to rise to the top over time. If this happens, simply stir it back into the cream with a clean, sturdy spoon or knife to restore its smooth texture.
